Raul Garza III

Raul Garza III, is a native Texan, having deep roots in San Antonio, where he was born and raised. He is the proud son of Diana and Raul Garza Jr. He currently resides in Helotes, near Floore's Country Store, with a loving wife, of 23 years as of 2025, and the proud father of three beautiful daughters, ages 23, 18, 13, as of 2025. Having a profound connection to the community he joined the San Antonio Fire Department Local 624 and proudly served alongside some of the strongest men and women ever harnessed to endure a staggering amount of hardships for 14 years, under the class 2010A-2014.

With a diverse professional background, Raul has transitioned from his firefighting career to real estate, joining Coldwell Banker D'Ann Harper REALTORS® this January 2025?. His experience includes working at Speed-E'z Exchange from 2002 to 2010, and again from 2024 onwards, which has equipped him with valuable skills in customer service. Raul's personal journey in real estate began when he purchased his first home in 2010, followed by another in 2012, igniting his passion for helping others navigate the real estate market.
